Temperatures to decrease and become cold
The Meteorological Department has said that night temperatures may decrease and cold may increase in some places in the country from late night to early morning. Along with this, light to moderate fog may fall in some places in the country from late night to early morning.

It is said that the weather across the country may remain dry with temporarily partly cloudy skies. Night temperatures may decrease slightly across the country and day temperatures may remain almost unchanged. Light to moderate fog may fall in some places across the country from late night to early morning.
The synoptic weather conditions have said that the seasonal normal low pressure is located in the south Bay of Bengal, an extension of which extends to the northeast Bay of Bengal.
Meanwhile, the weather across the country may remain dry with temporarily partly cloudy skies until 6 pm tomorrow, Wednesday (December 4). Night temperatures may decrease by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius across the country and day temperatures may remain almost unchanged. The fog condition may remain the same.
The weather across the country is likely to remain dry with temporarily partly cloudy skies on Thursday (December 5). Night and day temperatures may decrease slightly across the country. Foggy conditions may remain unchanged.
The extended five-day weather forecast says that night and day temperatures may decrease further.
