Sarjis Alam, the chief organizer of the National Citizens Committee, welcomed Nahid Islam, the recently former information adviser to the interim government, on the streets.
Sarjis Alam wrote in a post on his verified Facebook page on Tuesday (February 25).
In the Facebook post, Sarjis Alam wrote, "This storm is heavy, we have to cross, we have to cross. Welcome to the streets, fellow soldier."
It is noteworthy that Nahid Islam was serving as the interim government's telecommunications, information and postal adviser. He submitted his resignation letter to the chief adviser on Tuesday (February 25) afternoon to join a new political party.
